1. Service and operator
QuoteHand is provided by 24 HELPFUL, LLC, under the 24 Helpful brand (Stripe platform account name: “24 Helpful Platform”). These terms cover this website, setup calls and the quoting workbench for US business users: quotes, service agreements, electronic signatures, email and payment workflows. Service scope and a start date are confirmed in writing after setup discussions. Visiting this site or booking a call does not create a paid subscription.
2. Merchant responsibilities
You must be authorized to act for your business, provide accurate details and protect account access. You are responsible for your goods or services, prices, taxes, contracts, customer disclosures and permission to process information you upload. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement or interference with the system.
3. Quotes and signatures
Review quotes, agreements and AI-assisted content before sending. The service agreement is between the merchant and its customer; 24 Helpful is not a party to it. Electronic signatures and audit records do not guarantee enforceability in every situation. Obtain required consent and keep your records. Signing alone does not charge the customer; they confirm payment separately.
4. Payments and fees
Merchants complete Stripe-hosted Connect onboarding. Stripe processes payments into each merchant’s own Stripe account, subject to Stripe verification, fees, settlement, reserves and restrictions. 24 Helpful takes no commission on customer payments. Live collection requires platform activation and merchant approval. When online collection is enabled, the workbench automatically adds a customer processing fee to each deposit or balance payment: card payments use the percentage stated in the service agreement; online ACH adds 0.8%, capped at $5 per payment. The workbench adds no fee for offline bank transfers (a bank may charge its own fees). These customer fees are not a 24 Helpful platform commission. Set the rate at Settings → Quote defaults → Card processing fee %. The contract and checkout use the same rate. Review the rate against applicable card-network rules, actual acceptance costs and state law before enabling surcharges. Changing the default affects new quotes; a previously sent agreement retains its recorded rate. For US Visa credit cards, a surcharge must not exceed the lower of 3% or the merchant’s actual cost of card acceptance. Stripe’s standard US domestic online card price is approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per successful transaction; actual pricing varies, and that example is not permission to charge a particular rate. Debit and prepaid cards must not be surcharged, even when processed as credit. Before starting, complete required card-network and acquirer notifications; Visa requires at least 30 days’ advance notice to the acquirer. Some states prohibit or further restrict surcharges. Disclose any permitted fee and the total before payment and on the receipt. The merchant chooses the rate and is responsible for compliance; consult a lawyer or Stripe before enabling surcharges. Do not assume the workbench automatically checks card type, costs, notices or state-law eligibility. If you cannot ensure debit/prepaid exclusion and all applicable requirements, do not enable card surcharging.
5. Software subscriptions and trial
Your free trial starts after you accept your configured workspace: 30 days or 100 successfully sent quotes, whichever comes first. Each quote counts once, on its first successful send to a client; repeat sends, drafts, tests and failed retries do not count. Your setup coordinator confirms the start, deadline and send count with you in writing. At the end, choose a paid plan or end the trial. There is no automatic charge. The trial waives the software subscription fee; Stripe processing and merchant-added customer fees are separate. Live payments still require Stripe approval. Pricing is USD $29 per business/month or $290 per business/year, with annual billing paid upfront and applicable taxes additional. Both intervals include the same features. Scope, usage, team access, start date and renewal arrangements must be confirmed in writing and accepted before billing. Complex integrations are quoted separately. This website has no subscription checkout. Email verky@24helpful.com before your next renewal to cancel; access continues through the paid period. Refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Content, data and AI
You retain rights to your content and permit us to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and meet legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. AI content can contain errors and is not legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing final prices, terms and content before sending.
7. Availability and legal rights
Maintenance or security issues may interrupt service. Unlawful activity, security risks or material breaches may lead to suspension. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, merchant sales, contract enforceability or payment outcomes. Liability and remedies are determined by applicable law and the parties’ written service agreement; these terms do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support to arrange export of needed records before account closure. Material updates will carry a revised date and notice where required by law or the service agreement.
8. Contact
