1. Free calls and subscriptions
The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription or generate a software renewal bill; a paid plan requires your separate agreement. Setup calls are free, with no purchase obligation. Cancel or reschedule using your Google Calendar confirmation. A software subscription is separate from a customer’s purchase from a merchant; canceling one does not cancel the other. This website does not collect subscription payments. Paid services follow the scope, start date and billing arrangements agreed with you.
2. Canceling a subscription
Email verky@24helpful.com before your next renewal with your business name and account email to request cancellation. We will confirm cancellation and the final service date. Access continues through the paid monthly or annual period. Cancellation does not automatically delete business records; tell us if you also need account closure or an export.
3. Software refunds
Unused time is not refunded on a prorated basis except where required by law or agreed in writing. For duplicate charges, billing errors or failure to deliver paid software services, email the invoice reference and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or bank credentials. We will investigate, process any applicable refund and communicate the outcome; posting time depends on the payment institutions.
4. Merchant orders, deposits and fees
Merchants set and disclose order cancellation, rescheduling, deposit and refund policies, deliver their services and handle customer disputes. 24 Helpful does not override merchant policies. Deposit refunds depend on the agreement and applicable law. When online collection is enabled, the workbench automatically adds a customer processing fee to each deposit or balance payment: card payments use the percentage stated in the service agreement; online ACH adds 0.8%, capped at $5 per payment. The workbench adds no fee for offline bank transfers (a bank may charge its own fees). These customer fees are not a 24 Helpful platform commission. Merchants initiate eligible refunds through Stripe. Refundability of separately disclosed card or ACH fees follows the merchant’s disclosed policy and applicable law.
5. Payment issues and contact
Stripe processes merchant payments into the merchant’s own Stripe account. Merchants handle refunds and respond to disputes; customers retain rights through their bank, card issuer and applicable law. ACH initiation is not final settlement and payments can fail or be returned. Contact the merchant on your quote, agreement or receipt about orders.
