QuoteHandBook your setup call 1. Scope
24 HELPFUL, LLC provides QuoteHand. This policy describes information handling for the public website, setup bookings and workbench. Merchants generally determine the purposes for processing their customer and project data; we provide software support as agreed. Stripe and Google also apply their own privacy policies to their services.
2. Website and bookings
This static website has no advertising trackers, analytics cookies, signup form or subscription checkout. The homepage initially uses your browser language; a manual language choice is stored in your browser for future visits and can be removed by clearing site data. AWS hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, request time, URL and browser to deliver and secure the site. Booking opens Google Calendar. We receive your name, email, industry, language preference and any website or social link you choose to provide to arrange and prepare the call. Appointments use Google Meet for video calls.
3. Workbench information
Depending on the features used, the workbench processes merchant accounts, customer names and emails, project details, quotes, photos, agreements, signatures, verification and audit records, email delivery records, and payment status and references. Stripe collects payment and onboarding information through its own flows. Do not put card numbers, bank login credentials or unnecessary identity documents in quotes, attachments or support emails.
4. Purposes and providers
Information is used to deliver services, prepare setup, generate documents, send requested notifications, reflect payment status, provide AI assistance, handle support, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Necessary information may be shared with merchants and their intended customers, hosting and email providers such as AWS, Google, Stripe, and providers used for AI features. We may also disclose information where legally required or needed to protect users and the service. Providers may process information in the US or other jurisdictions.
5. AI features
Using an AI feature may send the needed input to its configured providers. The current hosted workflow accesses providers such as Anthropic or Google through OpenRouter; models and settings may vary by merchant configuration. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information and review outputs. Provider processing and retention terms may also apply; zero retention or a universal model-training exclusion is not promised. 6. Retention and security
We retain information as needed to deliver services, maintain business records, protect security and meet legal obligations. Duration depends on the record, applicable obligations and the merchant’s service agreement; signed documents, disputes and payment references may require continued retention. We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Merchant-held copies and Stripe records follow their respective policies.
7. Requests and updates
Send privacy requests to verky@24helpful.com. Applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information. We may verify your identity and apply legal exceptions. Merchant customers can first contact the merchant on their documents, or ask us about information held by the platform. The service is for businesses and adults, not children under 13. We will update this policy when practices materially change and provide notice where required.
